No. The problem comes from functional dependencies that look like

part-of-identifier —> some attribute

And, since a single field identifier can't be broken up into parts, you can't have violations of 2NF when you don't have a concatenated identifier. (Yes, this repeated the information in the answer to 5, but I just wanted to make sure you were paying attention.)
